A desk study and Preliminary actions and stakeholder consultations; Scoping and Preparation of ToRs; Baseline studies and data collection; Impact Assessment and Mitigation; A baseline description; An assessment of potential positive and negative impacts resulting from implementation of the proposed project; Potential impacts positive and negative impacts were identified; Mitigation measures were identified and mitigation measures recommended; Preparing a monitoring plan; Compiling the ESIA report and Submitting to NEMA the ESIA report for approval.
