Activities carried out:

Creating detailed work plans and timelines for all consultancy activities. Coordinating with various stakeholders, including project authorities, local communities, and other consultants. Maintaining detailed records of all activities, decisions, and communications. Conducting regular reviews of project performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met. Preparing comprehensive final reports summarizing all activities, findings, and recommendations.
