ESIA for the Design and supervision of Roads in Agago (55km), Pader (71.1km), Lamo (74km), Kitgum (63.1km) and Omoro (39.9km) Districts total 303km - Funded by International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).

Activities Carried Out
Document reviews and description of the proposed project, Stakeholder Analysis, Conducting environmental baseline technical studies in the selected project sites, Hydrological surveys and water resource assessment studies, Noise and dust measurements, Review of the project plans and designs, Analysis of project alternatives, Bio-physical surveys (terrestrial and Aquatic environment), Socio-economic surveys, Review of the regulatory framework, Impact identification and evaluation of significant impacts, Developing Impact mitigation measures, Developing catchment Baseline Reports and corresponding catchment Plans, Developing the Final Environment and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) report.
