Conducting Baseline study; Review the needs for solid waste management in the area and assess public awareness and education on solid waste management; Assess the quantity and composition of wastes; Conduct Environment and Social Impact Assessment and propose mitigation measures; Make necessary recommendations for institutional changes; Prepare a strategic and operational plan to enable improvements in the collection service; Conduct a financial and economic analysis of the landfill and waste management operations; Propose solid waste management facilities and development of the Landfill.
